Lowered town tax rates in 2022 and 2023 and kept increases below New York State’s 2% tax cap in 2024 and 2025—all while maintaining essential town services.
Expanded shared services with neighboring towns to reduce costs and deliver greater value to taxpayers.
Purchased a roll-off truck for the Recycling Center and Sign Shop, allowing more work to be completed in-house, reducing expenses, and creating opportunities for additional revenue.
Installed Wi-Fi at Robinson Lane, helping attract tournaments to the complex and generate additional economic activity.
Upgraded the chapel at Carnwath, positioning this historic town asset as a potential new revenue source.

Acquired the 326-acre Cranberry Hills property, preserving significant open space from future development and protecting the community’s quality of life.
Updated the Town’s Zoning Map to strengthen protections against overdevelopment.
Advanced an update to the town's comprehensive plan to guide responsible, thoughtful future growth.
Addressed several longstanding property-maintenance issues and neighborhood eyesores, improving surrounding properties and residents’ quality of life.
